Expanded Graphite Sheet is produced from high-purity natural flake graphite through advanced chemical expansion and precision mechanical processing. The material is manufactured without fibers, binders, or additional fillers, resulting in a flexible yet dense graphite sheet with excellent sealing performance. Owing to its inherent thermal stability and chemical resistance, expanded graphite sheet performs reliably under extreme temperature and pressure conditions while offering long service life and reduced maintenance requirements.
To improve mechanical strength and handling, the sheets are commonly reinforced with tanged or smooth metallic foil, making them suitable for demanding industrial sealing applications.
